Atleast we&our family must emerge as  active vote bank of India.  however,  
some of us may noted the C.c. On economic affairs revised the schemes for  
giving accessability strengthening devices positively.  now the income limit 
increased, also included accessible  mobile phones,  laptop, braille note 
taker,  medical fund etc.  all disabled certified by competitive authority,  
below the monthly  income  of  rs.15000  rr eligible.
