at times, mozilla firefox menu files gets corrupt and it doesnt show menu bar. for rectifying that do the following steps: 1: being in mozilla, exit jaws or NVDA whatever you're using using their commands 2. press alt+h that would take u to help menu, then press T that will take u to troubleshoot 3. open jaws or NVDA whatever you're using. leaving the mozilla as it is 4. on that troubleshoot page, you'll see reset firefox button. press that 5. follow the instructions you're done!! NOTE: the firefox will get on to its original state. you'll have to set your homepage and settings again. it will create a new folder on desktop with the name "old firefox data" that will have all your bookmarks and settings. u can restore your previous setting s using this folder as well
