Mobile phones are comparatively simpler and smaller as compared to computers/laptops, and hence the position and location of different items in a mobile can be memorized. Also, we communicate with Touch Screen mobile phones while here we want to communicate with a mouse with laptops. Also, there are a large amount of visually impaired users who prefer Nokia devices [non-touch screen] despite their old technology over the advanced touch-screen mobile phones due to Nokia's accessibility and efficiency. If you are still not convinced, give mouse browsing with NVDA a try but I don't feel that the result will be very good. Best Regards Bhavya Shah
