As you all aware, neither of our representatives nor bureaucrats are looking into our problems. Due to political dead lock of our bill could not be passed in this session, besides approaching suprem court as well as high court of different states. We have not succeeded anything with agitation and dharan. We have not achieved what we want. Now we have other tool in the form of *NEGATIVE VOTE*.
