I know many have their own cars. But don't know whether they have papers related to the vihicle in their names. One of my friends told me when he approached an agent to buy a car, agent then discussed it with distributer and distributer after knowing that buyer is blind, declined to entertain his demand. But fortunately agent helped him buy car on blind's name.
