Thanks bro! undoubtedly, we need an introspective mind set in dealing with the issues of the disabled. as far as tamilnadu's concern, now the government has unbolted to widen the path of the disabled. for example, the upcoming special TET exam for the disabled in Tamilnadu can be quoted for such developed awareness among the ruling class. however still the scenario needs the attention of the person who felt the disability. in India, most of the so-called development measures and the policies for the disabled have been discussed, framed, designed, formulated and implemented by the nondisabled hence the policies become paralysis. the NGOs and the rights group of the disabled must realise the timely requirement and have to work with assertive approach. because we are the one who determine our destiny. lets talk more on this when ever possible, thank you. -- "It doesn't matter what we have, but it really matters what we do with what we have."
