i have also experience this problem. i have remove the jaws and its share component by pressing the down arrow in the dialog box of the jaws. then i have instol another version of jaws. the problem was solve. but after sometime i have again instol jaws 14.o the problem was solve. please try and tell your experience. thanking you your sincerely vikas gupta mobile no: 7503616008
