Dear Jyothi, Once the NVDA is installed, you should first go to the list of synthesisers and select eloquence. If you haven't done it before, the shortcut key to list out the synthesisers is "insert+control+S". Simply enter on eloquence. Only then would Eloquence appear in Voices.
