I am planning to write if SSC allows candidates to use pen drive with NVDA.
Here in Kolkata they don't even allow candidates' own scribe. This is
strange. Other organisations don't care about scribe. But SSC is determined
to supply scribe.

dada, there is a CCPD order regarding use of screen reading software for
SSC typing test. but, unfortunately, SSC people are not trained regarding
the installation of these software and also the language keyboard
specially for indian languages.

Subject: [AI] About SSC Type Test.
Hello,
I heard that vh candidates were not allowed to use Jaws or NVDA at the
type test held by Staff Selection Commission in Kolkata last year. I
don't understand how they expect us to type correctly without any speech
support, either at the test or at the office. What is the situation
elsewhere?
With best regards,
