I am a research optometrist, interested in vision rehabilitation research. Recently we were interested to know about Guide Dog program and have initiated some discussion with a team abroad on such a program. The purpose of the survey is to get a feel about this from people with vision impairment. The results collected from this survey is anonymous, and will be used to get some ground reality before we move any further in this direction.
