one more question please, what're the concession rules for a visually
impaired person and the escort traveling in rajdhani and express trains?
I googled for the same, it says 25% for rajdhani trains and 75 for the
other ones. R these applicable only for V-I's or even for the escort?
If I'm going somewhere with a companion how many tickets do I need to buy?
