Dear All, I have come to know about delivery of some judgements by various courts.
I need to have the copies of all these judgements such as jdugement of Delhi high court regarding online reservation of concessional tickets for persons with disability in railway. Judgement regarding exemption from extra premium on Insurence policies paid by V.I., order passed by central administravie tribunal in regard with some issues concerning the recruitment of blind person in railway and order given by the supreme court in the matter of reservation in promotion related to manoj kumar Delhi Muncipalty corporation directing the apropriate government to settle the reservation of persons with disability in promotion in the light of its earlier judgement of dtd. 9th october 2013 in the case of union of India vs National Federation of the Blind. I would also know whether Mr.Manoj kumar (Employee of Delhi Muncipalty corporation with physical disability) could get the promotion after said directions of apex court. The positive response to all these requirements shall be highly appriciated.
