I dont think so we visually impaired illiterate? , I am visually impaired from by birth I stays in bangalore. I am rocking like any thing. I am very happy about my self, for your kind information I dont sign at all. I put LTM only instead of sign I have 3 bank accounts. how you guys say that we are illiterate?
