HI, Though, there is a dedicated list for mobile accessibility. But, in nutshell, I can say about Moto E that though it is a fully touch screen phone but, Talkback is preinstalled and works fine in it. Talkback has its own tutorial in the phone to help user learn about working with Talkback.
