Please write specifically that, which bank has rejected u to provide such facilities. Because many of us are from Bangalore itself and our respective banks has not only provided with ATM card, but also each and every facilities like check book, remitence card, credit card, everything that a general customer can have. So, kindly give the specific details about the bank, which is rejecting u to provide and then they can be improved with required awareness...
