If the dots will not last, having dots or Braille is not a good idea. In my
view sizes and shapes is the way to go.

Marking on notes is very necessary but it is not necessary that the marking
should be a braille numaric codes. We can have a single dot for rs 10, 2
dots for 20, 3 dots for 50, 4 dots for 100 5 dots for 500 and 6 dots for
1000. and the vide publicity can be given for these markings through mass
media.
