regarding pivot table. select the entire range of date using ctrl+shift+end. press alt+n, go to insert menu, press v for table and t for pivot table. one dialogue box will come there, keep default options as it is and press ok button. a new sheet is created and you land on a3 of that sheet. press alt. then press ctrl+tab. a list will appear where collumn headings are available. press application key on each column heading and choose to add in row or column.
