if the captcha has character on capitle letters it often fails to
recognise
it. then why I should pay for the services? also it works only on firefox
and some payment gateway sites don't allow firefox. better is to develop

on to solve this captcha. we should contact to gw micro or freedom
scientific or developer of NVDA to develop such tool. webvisum is not a
solution. however, do anybody made any representation to government or we
are just discussing the matter here. until or unless you knock the door
of
government, nothing can be achieved in this matter.
