Hello! this is simply an experience sharing- check whether it helps you. oracle has its own accessibility team constantly working with the screen-reader compatibility issue, in particular they take JAWS as the screen-reader. if you go to the oracle documentation site and download the the oracle 11G express edition documentation, then you will get the details of this team there. you can learn the advance things of Oracle SQL, PL/SQL from there as well. moreover you can refer to the book called "Oracle Database 11G: The Complete Reference", you will begetting a step by step guide to learn the same with many examples.
