Dear all, Hope all of you are fine. I am told that there is a circular by UGC which permits visually challenged students to take exams in computers using screen readers. I am unable to find it online. It would be great if someone could pass it on. As I am new to the city of Calcutta, I am not sure of the practices regarding exams for visually challenged here. kindly revert back if there are any members who are associated with Jadavpur University.
