dear mr agarwal, even the scheme is yet to be formaly launched but so far as i
believe, working in public or private sector should not make any difference.
How ever income ceiling may be there to qualify the benefit. Gautam agarwal
Will they allow for scheme to benefit the disabled person if non-government
person working in organisation.
