I tried to claim the excemption when I purchased cars twice, first in 2002 and again in 2009, but the GO was strictly interpreted favouring the physically challenged. It is yet to be seen how the courts will interpret the GO if someone appeals against the Transportation ministry. Rajasekhar Hyderabad
