Hello, I believe we should appreciate the work of each one whether individual or any NGO working for the upliftment of the visually challenged community. Highlighting the work done by anybody enable everyone to become aware on the changes which are taking place in different parts of the globe. Rather then condemning I believe we should put forth our requisition to individuals or NGO's to come forth and initiate good work even in other part of the country. Lest not demotivate or dishearten anyone's efforts and keep empathy, as we wish from other politely.
