AI do have a list specially for mobiles and tab. Refrain from posting stuff which are mentioned as an exception in list guide lines.
You have even option for windows 8 based tab (don't go for windows rt however). Not only you can use jaws and NVDA with it but can attach keyboard and use it with eas as you will feel home. iPad and other android tabs are good enough for media consumstion but are not a good option for productivity. Go for iPad mini if you need fluid experience and android if you want an open environment and windows for jaws and NVDA.
