Dear Mukesh sir,
PSD means Photo Shop Document.
PSD files can be opened and edited with Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Photoshop
Elements.
If you do not have above software installed on your PC, just google for
"Free software to open PSD" and you will surely find few.
Most of photo shop editors are not very accessible as I know.
