I was thinking of filing a contempt petition. I want to explore this remedy.
I know that NAB was involved in Bombay High Court. Late Mr. Subash
Dattrange, Suhas Karnik and Ketan Kothari were in Court for this matter.
Cant remember who the lawyer was-before my time.
Please send me the Supreme court order and I will check again for the Bombay
one.
