Hi Bhavya, It is unreasonable for the examiner to ask you to use this program given that the primary nature of the program's output is graphical. What do you need to do? You could use the vOICe for seeing the images and get an idea of the shape of what is drawn but that is about it. The trick in such cases is to see if you can export the corel draw output to a more readable format. Other list members have already suggested scalable vector graphics and the use of SVGDraw from http://www.dickbaldwin.com.
If you need to create drawings, you will have to learn to use Corel draw macros really really fast. This may not be as big an issue as it seems if you know how to program. I would see how much this exam matters and then take a call on how much effort I put into this. It is a non-trivyal problem to solve.
