Dear friends Some time back, there was a thread on google group for blind civil service aspirants. How to subscribe to the same and network with others? I also wanted to know the curret status with reference to blind officers in the IAS or IFS or IRS. There have been a few news items about blind collectors being posted in MP and some north east state. But are there significant persons with blindness in the main stream services like IAS, IFS and IRS? I wan to network wih the existing officers and also the aspirants.
