Hi There is some confusion while reading the mail. 1 Is the manager rejecting a cheque or withdrawal slip? 2 Has he been told about the RBI guidelines regarding provision of banking services to blind customers?
Firstly, try to make him understand that he cannot deny banking services to blind persons. Failing this, you can write to the customer care department. Finally you can make a complaint to Banking Ombudsman of your region along with a copy of all the correspondence.
