yes sir, I have submitted the documents & waiting for card, the documents to be submitted are first application written requesting the ID card for online ticket booking through IRCTC, & the copies of medical board certificate, latest concession certificate, 10th marks card showing proof for birth date proof, adhar card or election ID for resedential proof, submit in near by DRM office & also 3 photograph of passport size.
