Amar,

I have had the iCloud and fineReader addons installed and have not had this
problem. Could you point me to the Google references?

Pranav

Subject: [AI] Document management system add-on issue with Outlook and Screen
Readers

Hi All,

We have a document management system, which has its own add-ons for MS Office.
All applications and the add-on with the screen readers behave well except
Outlook.

For better understanding, I am running Jaws 16 / NVDA latest, with Office 2013
(latest) on Windows 7 32 bit. As far as outlook is concerned, we have our
account configured on Microsoft Exchange servers.

The moment I connect to the add-on in outlook, all screen reader keys are passed
through to the application, and the screen readers behave very sluggishly. It
returns to normal state once we disconnect the add-on.

For example, the moment the add-on is connected, the capslock key with Jaws
switched on no longer functions as an Insert key.

Google enabled me to understand that Fine-Reader add-on had a same problem, so
did the I-Cloud add-on. But there seems to be no solution apart from the ones
mentioned for these add-ons which I tried.

I have also tried allocating additional virtual memory and changing the priority
of JFW to real-time in case that would have made any difference.

Any help will be deeply appreciated.

Regards,
