While I agree that the points you raise are valid and very critical. Yes the campaign for Govvt being more active in providing jobs to the adult blind/visually impaired persons has definitely to be intensified. This however does not take away from the earlier comments and views expressed regarding immoral practices during taking exams.
Focus has to be on quality services in terms of education, vocational training and skill development. Our blind candidate need to be empowered. The need is to demand for more schools across the country, better quality of teachers and modernisation of processes.
