Hi, did linked in also started with chat functionality? Invitations can be send to people only if you know their email id or if they are in your contact list. Secondly, why do you need to listen to voice input while accepting invitation? If you are a paid member of linked in, then you can send invitations to any one on linked in, however you can receive invitation from paid as well as non-paid members if your email id is there in their contact list.
