hello, here in my circle witch falls within the south eastern railways, they are wel aware of the procedure to issue the identity card to avail the online concession facility to disabled people but they yet to receive the identity cards formats from the head office. over the phone, i have been informed that till that time we receive the identity cards from our head office, we are only making the varification process complete. it's very disapointing that even after a month the railway board has issued the circular but the regional offices are not equipped with the required blank identity cards to issue.
hope this begins soon to avoid unnecessary hassels to go to railway counters to book the tickets for us.
