I will say yes. Arts student can also be opt for BCA. Though low level
computer subject and mathematics is bit challenging.

I would explain diagrams to my scribe to draw. for few questions if
its not possible, atleast explain it theoritically. after 12th, I
don't think bca is possible for arts students as math/ computer
science is bit challenging  for them. (not sure), in most of the
colleges in bangalore, arts students are not allowed to take bca.
