I am not sure if this is implemented. You can request for this feature at:
http://community.nvda-project.org/
by opening a new ticket. You need a setting similar to
nvda|preferences|browse|"Say all when page loads" that is currently
implemented for web pages.

hai manish, i want nvda to start reading the mail from start to end once i
press enter to open the mail. now what is happening is that when i open
the mail it reads the first line for eg. "hai rajesh" and stops. then i
press insert down arrow for it to read the full mail. it also reads that
perticular line when up arrow or down arrow is pressed. hope i have made
you understand.

So, what happens if you press just "down arrow" or "up arrow". Does
nvda not read the next or previous line in the mail? Is the only way
to read the entire mail to press "NVDA+ down arrow"?
Or you want that NVDA should automatically do a "read all" when you
reach the body of the message?
I am trying to understand the problem before I can suggest a solution.
I definitely do not face problems reading mails in outlook with NVDA
and I need to deal with hundreds of mails everyday.

Does this happen all the time with all mails or some times with
certain specific kind of mails?
Does restarting nvda help?
Does opening the mail message again help?
Does maximizing the message window help?
I have also seen this problem occur some time but don't have a
specific set of steps to replicate this.
In any case, a better place for this discussion is the NVDA users
list or the nvda dev list, where you will get more concrete and
useful suggestions.
If you do have a specific set of steps that can replicate this
problem, do send them across.
