Dear Amar,
I use the JAWS cursor to click on the Account link on the IT portal (after
logging in) & the list of options under that link is displayed.
Perhaps a similar option can be tried with NVDA.

I have not been able to figure out a way to access the links after
signing in to the e-filing portal of income tax department.
For example, my account has the link to check the refund status. How
do you click so that those definition list item links come up?
