yes, SBI net banking is 100% accessable I am using since for last one year, about talking ATMs many SBI talking ATM are not working properly one such ATM in delhi is SBI ATM machine in gate no-3 of Vishwavidhyalaya metro station is not working when we insert head phone, few times I myself have operated independently on it.
