Mailing lists do not have time bar. If I do not wish to receive mails at a particular times, I have many available options. I can stop data connection. I can opt for bundle mails from the desired list. I can change the setting of my phone so that the mail downloads would occur at a particular time. But members cannot be time-barred from posting to the list as long as the list continues.
