Dear all, lets unite and start fighting physically. I think that is the only way these people listen. I am tired shouting against these people in legle way. Who cares orders of HC and SC. And what action this court will take if various stake holders are not following their orders. Commissioner of disability welfare in Maharashtra does nothing. This post is like a punishment for IAS officers. They just wait here for getting unother post. Office of commissioner of disability welfare is very much insensitive.
