You need to check a checkbox to confirm if the image and associated text is what you entered. Your screen reader should be able to read the file name of the image which is what I use to judge if that image is similar to the base image I setup. I can use the vOICe but that will take a few more seconds which I choose not to spend. There is also text which is easily readable.
