Bruce, you have a fax program already, bought and paid for. While Microsoft
Fax isn't automatically installed (it's one of the "extras" on your Win98
CD), it is available for installation. Look for a file called wms-fax.txt on
the CD for more details. According to the KnowledgeBase article at
http://support.microsoft.com/support/kb/articles/q191/4/92.asp

"This file is located in the Tools\Oldwin95\Message\Us folder and the
Tools\Oldwin95\Message\Intl folder on the Windows 98 CD-ROM. "

The above URL also includes the text of the file.

Hope this helps. BTW, what part of Florida are you from? I'm from Leesburg,
about an hour NW of Orlando.

The Boston Globe, March 9, listed several mp3 search engines. It also
mentioned that there were serious issues of copyright infringement. One
case of a student posting more than a hundred MP3 songs to his own Web
site was mentioned.

Do you have your Win 98 CD?

Everything you need is under \tools\oldwin95\message\us.

You'll find Windows Messaging and Fax there. You need to install
Messaging to run install the fax program.

Hello!

I'm curios about InterBot. What does it basically do? Do you use it
as an email program to surf the internet through email? Where
did you download it and how big (size) is it?

Anytime you see a pound sign "#" in a URL you can rest be assured that
this is a local link to a section of the document you are interested
in. So the document that you want to retrieve is:
http://csep1.phy.ornl.gov/mc/node1.html (Introduction to Monte Carlo
methods)

The beginning web page -- Introduction to Monte Carlo methods begins at:

Someone put the following web site address on the List a few months ago and
it works

http://listserv.nd.edu/cgi-bin/wa?SUBED1=paper-I&A=1

otherwise e-mail [EMAIL PROTECTED] and put
SIGNOFF PAPER-L in the text section.

Good luck, Toni

i tried to send you my quiklink (five years old
but still excellent) in a winzip compressed to
1.2 mg but it was too big for your server (juno)

why don't you ask around -- i'm sure somebody
must have an installation disk of something just as good
or better (but ql really is good, especially here
in cuba, because it has a manual send/receive option
-- important in areas with decrepit phone lines
that require a special knack to navigate...)

p.s. hi frank! who are you?

I don't think it was done on purpose as the person posting the message
appears to be the moderator and approved the posting. They might have
missed it.

I myself got one of these attachments to a posting for approval to this
list. However, I deleted it before approving as I didn't think you
would all be to happy with me if I let that virus slip through (:>)
