What is Error 403?
It is a WWW4mail Access Violation,
Forbidden Site or file,
or Password Required error.

Binky rerely encounters them.
WWW4mail seems to wallow in them
and revel in telling you about it.
Agora sees them and tries to work
around them, but it is too weak to help
itself and gives up.

What do I mean by
[EMAIL PROTECTED]
is cautious?
I'm used to Binky fearlessly imposing his
will on the ftp sites, and cutting through
the cyber smoke screens to reach in and
grab the data and deliver it unencumbered.
Whenever the services like
[EMAIL PROTECTED]
and [EMAIL PROTECTED]
encounter a "Sorry" message, they seem to
crawdad (back away), hoping they haven't
offended anyone.
The WWW4mail sites vary, somewhat,
on what they will attempt.
[EMAIL PROTECTED]
wants to grab your file and send back all
except the next to last part...and don't hold
your breath until you can get it...
because you CAN'T get it.
No combination of GETPART commands
you attempt will be successful.
You will NEVER get it.
[EMAIL PROTECTED]
cannot be counted on, because many times
it will ignore you completely.
[EMAIL PROTECTED]
will really try to give you all of your file the
first time you command it to retrieve a file.
It is the most lenient of all with respect to
Error 403 s. It will really try to get you a
.jpg, .wav, or .gif, or binary program file.
Sometimes, though, it is very slow to respond.
[EMAIL PROTECTED]
is amazngly fast and complete when it boldly
comes to the front door and asks the site for
access, but if the site says, as most seem to,
"What? You want what? You want one of
MY files? HAH!! I don't THINK so!
Sorry, Charlie." boix says to itself,
"They don't like me. I'm going home, now."
Then he sends you a message,
"What the heck kind of trouble are you trying
to get me into now? Four-Oh-Three, Buddy!
You don't get any file!"
