May anyone help me with www4mail services?
- wrong send of big .tar.gz archives (first part in multipart send losted -
I can't download LZO and UCL libraries);
- wrong send of .RAR archives as text;
- for _some_ links GET request applies transliteration (cyrillic characters
replaced by phonetic-equal latinic characters);
- charset of page is not mentioned in header;
- text files (requested without GET) sended not as binary attachemnet (this
forces injured recoding, because text attachments are recoded);
- many requests silinetly losted without any notification (and I should keep
explicit log of sended requests and mark those, which are completed);
- I have some links, which always silently ignored;
- I have link, which mentioned as "forbidden", although other links in same
directory works (probably because in name present three letters "sex").
