A file attached to email can be either a MIME attachment or UUE attachment. To make sure that pdf2txt service gets it in MIME, save it to C-drive and reattach (Of course, I assume you mail program is set to attach files as MIME base 64) Well, if you know how to open message headers, you can bypass this procedure. Open message headers. If you see something like below, it already is MIME base 64, and you do not need to save it to C-drive and reattach. You can just forward it.
