Hello Ricky, At Topica you can change to digest and reverse by e-mail.
To switch to digest once you are subscribed, send a blank message to: [EMAIL PROTECTED] To switch from digest to get individual messages, send a blank message to: [EMAIL PROTECTED] (Replace "listname" with the actual name of the list.) AFAIK, at Topica there is no "nomail" option by e-mail. For that, you have to unsubscribe temporarily.
