For your example, where
        ORIGINAL_LANGUAGE = es
        TARGET_LANGUAGE = en
        URL = http://www.rugby234.blogspot.com/
the translation URL is
http://google.com/translate_c?langpair=es|en&u=http://www.rugby234.blogspot.com/
