Great !  Finally, we know what is the source of problem !
Thanks to all helped, specially to Ramiro that founds the cause....
Is good to know that is not a www4mail problem, but a remote server
problem. (this case, casema.nl) and strictly speaking, as the test
demostrates, the program's source that need fix for properly manage
these incongruences in file type/context type is the Lynx, not
www4mail ....

The files involved not very important, but definitely this problem
intrigued me very much as first time....

Finally, again THANKS for the support, and for maintain this server
(I believe this is the only www4mail still alive..... in a world that
commonly ignores poor countries/people that not has full internet
access)
