+1 Woocy the mammoth
The reason I like the mammoth is that it will be better for branding than the
others. I'm envisioning book's like the McAffee line that associate all of
thier books/technologies with different animals. Additionally, over time, we
can re-work the mammoth to look differently as the team likes.
So, the mammoth is great as a logo. However, I think we need to re-work its
integration into the accumulo name. Perhaps an answer would be to have a
stylized mammoth next to one of the wire png's? In the end, it would be cool
if the mammoth logo was ubiquitously associated with Accumulo in the same way
that the penguin is synonymous with Linux.
