That makes sense - but then are you calling for an increase in the granularity 
of isolation (i.e. finer grained, down at the cell level) or the opposite? How 
does the mutation-level isolation disallow mutations with multiple identical 
cells?

I was just looking at the isolation that Accumulo provides currently and it 
needs to be clearer to users. If this is largely an internal change that's 
fine, but if not we should make sure the isolation model makes sense for most
